Copy of the Missionary Journal of James Bowers (1811-1856)

I was able to locate a copy of the original missionary journal of James Bowers (1811-1856) which I received from Nancy Gale via email. Her mother, Roberta Binnall, currently has possession of the journal. James Bowers is the brother of John Bowers (the father of John Shadrach Bowers). The journal mainly describes who he baptized, confirmed and ordained to different offices in the priesthood. It also describes the different areas where he preached. Several family members are included in the journal. The copy of the journal is posted on the James Bowers and Maria Lay blog.
